8.2.3. Removal and installation of a driving electric motor of the actuation mechanism of the transfer case

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect an electrical wiring from the transfer case. Disconnect a tube of a sapun from an electric motor of the actuation mechanism of the transfer case.
Turn out fixing bolts and remove an electric motor.

The sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Grease a new sealing ring with technical vaseline or ATF is fresher.
Put a ring and establish an electric motor on the regular place, having tracked correctness of combination of the directing ledges.
Tighten fixing bolts with the required effort (41 — 48 Nanometer).
Connect a tube of a sapun to the motor.
Restore initial connection of an electrical wiring.
